Day 01: Bagdogra IXB/Bhadrapur (Nepal) - Gangtok
On your arrival, our representative would transfer you to Gangtok and would also help you to get done with the permit formalities. Your hotel would be pre-booked and your overnight stay can be at the hotel.
Day 02: Enjoy the Changu Lake and surrounding
The second day of the tour will start with you exploring the beautiful Changu Lake at the Indo-China Border. There, you would have to hire Jackets and snow boots to take the Yak ride. This Yak safari will take you to beautiful spots where you can spot rare species of birds, red pandas, brahminy ducks, and a wide variety of flowers. Complete the safari to later visit the Lord Shiva temple. Afterwards, you can enjoy the spectacular zone and simply spend your time lazing around. You can buy handicrafts and film rolls. By evening, we would return back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Lachung - lifestyle and culture
On the 3rd day, you will be taken to Lachung, North Sikkim, which is at a distance of approx.120 kms. This location is known for being a picnic spot. You can enjoy at this place by enjoying the nature, walking around the waterfalls and having a look at the lifestyle and culture of people living in the surrounding village areas. After that, we will visit the Lachung monastery and handicrafts center. Then indulge in the most interesting activity of the day - trout fishing.
Day 04: Yumthang Flower Valley
On the fourth day, you will drive towards the Yumthang Flower Valley, the paradise for the nature lovers. There, you would also get a chance to visit Singhba Rhododendron sanctuary. Stroll around the village and spot the Yaks grazing on flowers. Your overnight stay would be at the hotel.
Day 05: Lachen valley - flora and fauna
The next day will take you towards the Lachen Valley. Enjoy the Yak ride here and visit the popular Lachen Monasteru. Dinner and overnight halt will be arranged for you.
Day 06 and 07: Thangu and Chopta Valley, Gangtok
On Day 6, after breakfast, we will move towards the Thangu and Chopta Valley. This trekking would be continued and you will visit the nearby areas. Afterwards, come back to the hotel for rest. Relax in the hotel. On the Day 7, be ready to complete the excursion and return to Gangtok. Take the lunch break and visit Phodong Monastery. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 08: IXB/ Bhadrapur Airport
8th day will be the last day of your wonderful tour. After breakfast, you will be required to take the return drive to IXB/Bhadrapur Airport after breakfast. Your trip concludes here.
